This topic is typical of why we receive CRAP from mail order retailers. You say no big deal. I say bullshit. I expect a pristine product with no flaws or damage from the seller, or from shipping. If I get damaged product, I expect a discount. Would any of you walk into a store and pay top dollar for the item pictured here? The seller blames it on the shipper. Bullshit again. It's the sellers responsibility to properly package the product to prevent damage. The seller here even admits to using inferior shipping products. It's even funnier how more and more mail order retailers jack up their shipping prices, beyond the actual shipping costs, to reflect packaging and handling expenses, and yet still do a piss-poor job of it.
